For years, our community outreach has followed a familiar rhythm. We knocked on doors, we handed out physical connect cards, and we hoped the message stuck. But in a world that has moved almost entirely into the digital sphere, "business as usual" is no longer enough to capture the hearts and minds of a city like Chicago.
